Refund and Returns Policy

At OmegaHato, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy designed to make your experience as seamless as possible.
1. Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Exclusions: Some products, such as custom or personalized items, cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@omegahato.com. Provide your order number and a description of the reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
3. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item, simply let us know when you contact us about the return. If the exchange item is in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
- Product Availability: If the exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, refund, or replacement at no extra charge. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item for a quicker resolution.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placement, provided that they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure once you receive the item.
- Canceling a Backordered Item: If you wish to cancel an item that is on backorder, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. OmegaHato is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
7. International Returns
For international customers, we accept returns according to the same policy, but please be aware that return shipping costs will be higher. International returns should be arranged with our customer service team, who will assist you with the process.
8. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued or your exchange has been shipped.
9. Store Credit
In cases where a return is eligible for store credit, it will be issued as a voucher to be used for future purchases on OmegaHato.com. Store credit cannot be refunded back to the original payment method.
